Furnace inspection 10/17/2018

I have been using Peterman's for a little less than a year and so far we are very happy. They sent out David Mitchell to do a free furnace inspection. He also came out in the summer to inspect our A/C. On both occasions he was professional, courteous and helpful. Today he did not find anything wrong with our 18 year old furnace. At that age, I would not have been surprised if he had recommended some work or even replacement but he said everything looked fine. I really appreciate his honesty, which is hard to find anymore. Very happy with David and with Peterman's! more

Highly Recommend Peterman 9/25/2018

My A/C had been dying and my furnace finally went. I had multiple companies out for estimates. Not only did Peterman beat the competition in pricing but they also had the best financing options available. Everyone involved from the office to the service techs were absolutely great. They continuously followed up with me and happily answered any and all questions I asked. I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Peterman and will continue using them for not only my HVAC needs but plumbing as well. This is how a business should be run! more

SERVICE SATISFACTION 5/25/2018

The guys were great, knowledgeable, and professional. There were a few problems that we needed to work through and we did so easily and productively. Workmanship was great, and the guys cleaned up after themselves. I am now a Peterman display house, with two furnaces, two A/C units, one humidifier, one water softener, one water heater, and some custom plumbing to put a hydrant in the garage. I will use no one else. more

A native of Beech Grove, Pete decided after 3 years working for someone else in the heating industry, it was time to go out on his own. With Pete's wife Beth pregnant with their first child (Chad), this was not the most popular decision in the Peterman household, but one that would forever change the lives of this young family.
