Petco

Hi all, I just went to the Petco at Craig and Martin Luther King, they have a new trainer there that is offering all kinds of classes for free! I spoke to her about my new puppy chewing and went home. I used her suggestions and it worked! She was very kind and took alot time to talk to me, I had been to other trainers and they all just want money but don't seem to really care about the problems I was having unless I paid their high fees. I can't wait until my puppy is old enough to sign up for her puppy class. more

i went into the store and to my surprise it had a nice verity of saltwater marine fish at a good price. clown fish, red kelp, live rock, inverts. too but you need to know. There is a guy working the fish named rocko. he does not know how to handle the fish. i lost a clown fish due to miss. handling I talked to the district mangier and she said that they don't warranty saltwater the same as fresh no 15 day, after some time she gave me a new fish. i have been in saltwater reef since 1982 .i bought more fish from them no problems, then rocko did it again i got a lunar wrass from him after watching him drop a 6 line on the ground and let is sit for 5 min then put him back into the tank. the lunar did not make it one day. and i know how to introduce them into a tank. I even do a drip acclimation. if not for this clown i would rate them at a 4 but I give them a 3. just use caution. more

People are STUPID AND MEAN. Tthey will disrespect your turtle buying needs and lead you on a turtleless pathway to DEATH. I really really want a turtle. But you know what, my turtle tank is EMPTY\r \r I would also like a pet rock, but petco doesnt understand me at all.\r \r what kind of place is this?!?!?\r \r \r THANK YOU PETCO for your evil non-helping people ness. \r \r SHANANYGANS! more

I was at this store on 12/ 15 /07 and found it to be very dirty the animals without any WATER they were so thirsty they were trying to eat the water dripper . the fish very sick with red sores dirty tanks etc .. the employees very lazy talking and chatting 1631 w craig petco needs help the animals need help.. more

I asked a simple question about my dog and toys for him and I went through 5 people who had no idea what they were talking about and even laughing at themselves! They were NOT at all acting professional. One of them asked if my English Bulldog was a BOXER! The staff won't be able to help you if you go here! more

Petco is a huge surplier for all your pets and pet's needs. We had been driving around town and this was our 5th stop, we were looking for a pet turtle and imagine our surprise when we were not able to find any store that had turtles. This store however told us to go to a store that we had already been to and that they had some i was so mad these people need to get there act together and also get some turtles. more

i went in to get my dogs favorite dry food.. i go in the place is completely not stocked , i couldnt find anything..and when i went to the lane there was one lane open with 5 associates standing around talking with 8 people in lane , not very respectful. i deffinatley do not recommend it to anyone. more

I was not at all satisfied with the groomers at this location. They didn't use any soap or shampoo on my medical alert service dog. They did not brush her. I think all they did was wet her down and dry her off. When we picked her up, she smelled like wet dog. I was not impressed and I wouldn't recommend them. more

Was very pleased with all aspects of store. It was clean, had a nice layout, and friendly and helpful employees. the groomers are also very good with dogs. PROS: Good store for all pet supplies. CONS: Prices a little higher then Walmart but they have so much more to offer. more

This store has everything you need for your pets, from food, toys, clothes, supplies and furniture. This store is very organized and never sloppy with things out of place everywhere. Always someone here to help if need be. more
