We had a 1:00pm appointment to get our three dogs groomed. I called two days prior to schedule the appointment and received a confirmation call the day before. We showed up at the appointment in an overcrowded space with people waiting for walk-in appointments and two large sized dogs with their owners blocking the entry in and where we realized that they had lost our appointment. After waiting thirty minutes and redoing all the paperwork, they proceeded to lose my reservation again and had to restart over. Meanwhile, a worker that was complaining about hair in her eyes, getting extra coffee, and dogs filling up the little space continued on. They proceeded to say that we could pick up our dogs at 5:00pm even though the time card said they would be ready at 3:30pm. We were fine with the extra wait time until they called twenty minutes prior to picking them up that they had yet to start on one of my dogs that needed a trim.
