Worst

Staff was dirty and rude. Not able to answer and questions. Not interested in my business. What I found in most chain stores, wither don't care or just do not know the answer.

Nice Store; Poor Service 8/5/2006

Nice, clean well-lit store with a wide range of animals. The salt-water fish tanks are especially cool. \r \r Asking for help is another thing though. Workers are hard to find if you have questions or need help buying the animal of your choice. We were there to buy a bird once and it took more than an hour to find someone, have them clip the wings, find a box to carry the bird home in, etc.\r \r Aside from the employee problem they seem to have, it is a good store to shop in and a great store to browse through. more

Good store 2/17/2006

This store is in a good area surrounded by shopping. The store is huge, with a great selection. They even have on site obedience classes, grooming and a pet day care. The prices are pretty competitive. My only complaint is that is usually hard to find a staff member to help. more
