The staff is quite knowledgeable, and although I may not know what I'm looking for at the time one of their many workers may help out.\r You would think, walking into the store that it is run by teenagers, but they actually know what their talking about when it comes to the technical items.\r As for their grooming staff.\r Mary and Tina have a vast knowledge when it comes to grooming each animal, keeping in mind an owners' requests/guidelines.\r My pups always come out perfect and smelling great!\r The bathers are always sweet, Aliki, Stephi and Sarah have always made sure our little terriers are perfect. I adore these kiddos and hope anyone would give them a chance. \r REASONABLY PRICED!!! =) more

Friendly & knowledgible 7/26/2005

Every trip has been a very pleasant one. No matter if I am shopping for one of my 3 dogs or our new kitten, the whole staff seems to be able to answer all my questions and is alway there ready to check out. more

Strip Mall Convenience 7/14/2005

The Petco in Cedar Hill is a clean store, however sometimes they aren't fully stocked and since it would appear that the place is run by teenagers, it may take more than one trip if you are looking for something specific. more
