I was in the store recently & all the employees were very friendly & knowledgeable. I disagree with that previous comment about being unable to find someone to help. They can't be every where all the time. I have worked in retail before & they have to cover other departments while lunches are taken.\r This Petco was a very nice place to shop. more

Horrible... 10/25/2005

I went in to buy some new fish for my little aquarium and the place was deserted. Not one worker was around to help. After walking around the store for a few minutes I actually started shouting out loud asking for someone to come help me. A few minutes later one person showed up. Went in a couple other times on later occasions and every time theres hardly anyone working in there. It takes forever to get someone competent to help you out. If youre in a hurry go to Petsmart instead PROS: pretty good prices CONS: understaffed more
