Friendly Staff. We took our high strung puppies to get their toe-nails clipped and the staff did great with them. One hint though. If its your 1st time, make sure you bring your animals immunizations records. They will not be able to take care of your best friends needs without them. :) Also watch for deals on toys etc. We all know that keeping our pets happy can get a little spendy. more

Unorganized.. 11/3/2005

While this store has a lot for your animal needs it is not the most organized store. The staff is friendly and helpful though. The cages the animals are in are semi-clean, could be better. Overall they do alright but I would rather go somewhere else for my animal needs. more
