DO NOT GO TO THE GROOMER 11/3/2010

Just picked my 3 dogs up from the groomer at Petco. Had the most awful experience. Brittany and Chelsea are the rudest service people I have ever come across. I have been having my dogs groomed for the past 13 years at various groomers every 5 weeks. Thought I would give the Petco groomers a chance. When I arrived they said I needed to pay before I could even see my dogs and never in my life would I pay for a service without seeing the finished producet. Now I know why they were reluctant to bring them out.2 of my dogs were still damp when I picked them up and still majorly shedding. I had to find a manager to assist me in getting Brittany to finish the job. She was so rude to me. Then went behind the glass to complain about me and call me names to the other groomers. Why not say, "gee what can I do better to be a better groomer and customer service provider?" DO NOT GO THERE more

Basic pet store 11/3/2005

I get my dog and cat's bowls and beds here along with my cat's Science Diet cat food. The prices are reasonable and they seem to have a lot of reptiles and fish. more

Not very clean 5/24/2005

Store is not very clean, and the staff are not very personable. The store is not very well stocked, and finding a staff member to help you is an experience in itself. more
