Urine soaked store. 11/11/2010

I walked into this store last week to purchase cat food. I had to walk out almost immediately as the smell of urine was overwhelming. I can't imagine feeding my precious cats food that was stored in such a stench. more

I have not had a good experience with the grooming at this or any chain place. My dog was extremely anxious when being picked up and we will not go back. Other independent places(though not all) we had a much better experience with the people and atmosphere, etc. but as a store it is alright. more

Rats 8/3/2005

I ahve been shopping here for over a year now , decent deals on rats & mice , their reptile dept. needs help , I have seen some sick animals there , the prices are very good but I would not buy any of thier reptiles just as a personal preference , it has been my own personal experience that if animals are potentially malnurished or sickly then they stand a good chance of dying prematurely & no one wants to buy a sick animal. PROS: Decent pricing CONS: Reptile dept. needs help! more

A Good Place to Shop for Pet Supplies 7/26/2005

This store has a wide variety of pet supplies including food, toys, containers and most anything you would need for your pet. They sell all sorts of fish, snakes, frongs, birds, rodents and more. When we had a pet frog we used to go every week to buy crickets from this store. Before our dog passed away we had him bathed and groomed at this location. They did a great job with him. He even got his teeth brushed. He was a 70 lb. dog and they did everything for him for like $60. That was a great deal. PROS: wide variety of pet items, friendly workers, great job bathing & grooming CONS: none more

The employees at this store are so very friendly and very helpful to find what you need. Their prices are about average, but they do offer good sales when you buy for example a full case of dog food. Highly recommended! more
