Petco -- DEFINITELY Where the Pets Go! 9/4/2005

You know it a good store when pets enjoy coming here too. At any given time, there are 10 or 12 animals -- dogs, cats, birds and/or rodents -- trolling the aisles with their owners in search of the "perfect" food, toy or accessory. I've seen dogs with a "try it before you buy it" attitude bite the end off of a dog food bag to sample the contents! In addition to a good selection of tropical fish, this store also offers a fair selection of live birds, reptiles and rodents (mice, rats). To my knowledge, they do not carry dogs and cats. I was most imressed by staff in the fish department. They definitely knew about what they were selling. This is a great pet store -- especially for its selection of food, toys, books and accessories. You won't be disappointed if you shop here. more
