The help in the saltwater section was very rude, refused to answer my questions and interrogated me! I felt very disrespected. I believe I was treated this way because I'm a kid. Also many of the fish had ich and other diseases. It's obvious the help either don't know what they are doing, or don't have the right equipment. I highly recomend aqua sere on west 11 or liquid sunshine they are helpful, and care about both the customer and the fish! more

Good for the Petco chain 6/6/2005

I honestly think Petsmart is a better bet for a chain, as they seem to have a better variety of items. But I've always received top-notch service at this location near VRC. Parking can be hairy, as it's next to Ross and Barnes and Noble. more

Good Pet Store 5/29/2005

I always prefer shopping at the larger pet stores like this one. Located next to Ross and across from Valley River Center, this store has lots of varied animals on display. The staff is mostly there as cashiers but will answer also questions. more
