Before writing this we gave Petco 3 opportunities to prove my 1st impression wrong. Unfortunately, it appears that they really don't care. While there may be some staff that are helpful and friendly, we did not meet any of them during our 4 different visits.\r
We went to buy a fish. The first salesperson was extremely rude, and more interested in talking to her boyfriend who was visiting her. We did leave with a fish but it was a painful process and took much longer than it should have.\r
The second visit, we left empty handed. Could not find one person to help us, a very rude salesperson said they would be back to help us and never came back. We searched the store but could not find him.\r
Third visit, the fish section was very busy. Several people and families waiting, 1 salesperson who did nothing to address all of us waiting and who went missing for long periods of time. No smiles, no encouragement to wait, no apologies for the long wait and didn't call anyone for help. When he went t
