I've been going in and out of this place for over 5 years now. For me this establishment is not the place to stock up or fill the freezer with. Instead if I stop there it's because there is a reason to reward myself for something or other. There is always something that will properly fill that craving, whatever it might be, with a true sense of unique enjoyment.
Now on a little opposite note, tonight I returned my first item ever. It simply fell short of what I expect and I could not help but to polite voice it with the item at hand. I had called earlier in the day and spoke with the acting manager. She told me to come in and she's be happy to exchange it, yet I told her I would not be able to come in till much later and she voice the name of the manager who would be there after her.
When I arrived, shortly before closing I asked a young lady near the checkout if it were possible to have a word with the manager, and with what seemed like an honest smile she left and returned just as quick with the target in tow.
Now before I could even finish explaining the situation he efficiently and politely informed me that
he was explained my call by Tina, the prior manager. I felt this to be a sign of respect and professionalism and my guard came down a notch. Now, not only did he honer the return but he personally accompanied me to the location in question to make sure I receive twice the amount I originally purchased.
I told him that service like which makes all the difference in the world. As I was leaving I told him that I was impressed enough that despite my fully loaded schedule I would take the time to write this positive review of the establishment of which he is responsible for. I will also follow up with a call to the main man expressing my impression of the individual in question.
