Great value and staff. Our dog often needs a muzzle, but the doctor (pretty girl with an accent) set on the floor with her and was gentle with the exam, and really seemed to connect with her. All the care offered appeared appropriate and affordable. Good to see a place where it's about the pets and not just profit. more

Poor Physical exam skills 11/30/2010

Not crazy about the Vet there except for Dr. Crocker. Dr lepova was robotic and did not listen to my concerns about my cat. She seemed to just brush over her quickly during the physical and did not even get a temperature. All hung up on doing blood work. At least do a decent physical!\r I feel like I was blown off when I was trying to explain how the cats behavior and feeding had changed dramatically. I hope we dont ever have to see her again. This was at the Bartlett Location. HWY 70 more

PLEASE do not use this facility! 8/24/2009

PLEASE do not use this facility!! I took a healthy, vibrant 9 month old labrador puppy in to get spayed. Within 72 hours, she had died. She was so sick that I took her back within 48 hours only to be told that she would be fine and was charged for medication that was of no use. PLEASE, if you care for your pet, do not use this facility. The staff is uncaring and inhumane. All they want is your money. I wouldn't want to see anyone go through what I have. more

Great Price! 11/6/2007

You might think that this wouldnt be the best place to take your loved ones, but dont overlook them. The prices are too die for and the people are generally nice. You can purchase your heartguard and such online which is great, so you dont have to make an appointment for the simple things like frontline and heart worm prevention (after the visit, of course). more

Don't Take Your Animals Here 6/26/2007

6515 Raines Road...PetVax does not adhere to appointment times. Waited over 2 1/2 hours for cat to be seen. \r Dr Worley shows no compassion for cats or dogs. \r \r If you value your animals life, don't take them here!!! more

Great service for low cost 2/9/2006

This is a great service that has mobile clinics that will vaccinate your pets for a low fee (much lower than a vets office). They have always been courteous to me and I've taken two pets to them several times. Sometimes there are long lines but usually on Saturdays so if you go to one of their mobile clinics during the week it is not bad. Great! PROS: Good deeds for low prices CONS: none more

I really love their mobile clinics - they come out to different pet stores on certain days of the month and offer low-cost vaccinations and HW meds. There is sometimes a long wait but the discount pricing makes it tolerable. I can get both dogs shots and meds for less than half of what it would cost for one at the regular vet's office. They also offer low-cost spay/neutering. The staff is always super-friendly and caring with all the animals. The only thing discounted is the price - definitely not the care. You can also go online and order meds at a discount - what a plus!!! PROS: great service at a discounted price CONS: long lines at the mobile clinics more

Cheap and Great with Pets! 5/21/2005

This is a great place to go for all your pets medical needs. The veterinarians are gentle with your pets and never scare them. They also will answer any questions you have with a full answer not something that leaves you wondering. I have taken two dogs to this vet and never had a problem. And they are not expensive at all. In fact they are the most inexpensive that I have found. It is a very pet friendly enviroment. After your pet is done with getting their shots they have treats for them. I would recommend this vet to anyone on a fixed or low budget. PROS: Good with Pets, not expensive, treats for animals CONS: more
