PetSmart

I took my pets here to get their hair cut and nails trimmed. On my schnauzer, they shaved him so close to the skin on some parts he is missing hair! They tried trimming the hair on his genitals and they snipped some skin because hen he came home there was blood it. He was very annoyed and very scared in the place and as soon as I went to pick him up he wouldn't stop crying. When I was looking at him a little later he had a good sized tick sucking blood from his back! My other little dog, a Japanese chin, got her nails cut way too short. She was bleeding all the way home and was very scared. Now whenever I bring my dogs here, they are absolutely terrified of being there. I have a very good suspicion they behind the closed doors, they mistreat the animals or else my dogs would be okay coming here. It's obvious the groomers here don't care about the animals and are only in it for the money. For the safety of your pets, take them elsewhere because this place should be shut down! more

Not only is this the nicest and newest Petsmart, it is by far friendly than the Petsmart in the south side of town. They have a nice new store with beautiful birds on display and cats/kittens to be adopted from the local humane society. They offer a wide variety of animal toys, foods, supplies. Usually, on the weekends they have people who give samples similiar to how you can sample things at a grocery store. I Love it! They also have a great line of cat food called Nutra that is all natural. Plus, you can get a Petsmart card and you get additional discounts and coupons through the mail. another great thing I saw is by the door there are bags for computer ink cartriges that you are going to throw away. If you take some bags and send in your ink cartriges (free postage) then a donation is give. I always make sure to take a few. more
