I've used this Petsmart location to get my pet washed and groomed. The people were friendly and efficient and the customers I met seemed to support this. I went ahead and made an appointment over the phone to make sure I knew what vaccinations were required before I could take in my pet. It seems pretty standard among all their stores that you pet must be current on their rabies vaccinations. If you get the shots late, you have to wait at least 48 hours after shots before checking in. If you go during the weekend make sure you make an appointment and going in the morning if you don't want you pet to stay there the entire day. This store's schedule gets full pretty quick so make sure you call several days before you go. Petsmart will tell you to come back in 3-4 hours depending on the size of your pet and how busy they are. The standard seems to be about 3 hours though. It can get a little pricey if you take you pet in once or twice a month for wash, cut and nails--about $40-$60 unless you have a coupon. I only do it twice a year to keep the cost down unless I'm unable to wash/trim my pet myself--then it's about every 3 months. Overall, I've had a good experience with them and plan to use them in the future. On the other part of petsmart--I also use them to purchase special food for my pet. They have a wide variety of products for every animal you can think about. They're prices are a little high but nothing that a discount coupon can't take care of.
