PetSmart

I brought my dog here for the first time to get a very simple, short haircut.\r All of the shops I've taken her to before said that she's very well-behaved for grooming.\r \r \r When I picked her up at this PetSmart, after she was groomed, I was shocked at how bad this haircut was.\r \r \r It was very uneven, with obvious long pieces sticking out everywhere.\r Her ears had not been cleaned, and it looked like her head and face had not been trimmed at all.\r \r \r I thought about asking for the store manager, but I decided not to make a scene, so I just\r paid without saying a word.\r \r \r I had to go to another groomer so they could try and fix it.\r \r All I can say is--Don't come to this PetSmart to get a haircut for your dog.\r You'll be very disappointed.\r \r \r Cons: very low quality grooming more

I can't describe how bad my dog's haircut was when I had her groomed here.\r It was uneven and very choppy looking.\r Also, her nails weren't done, and she didn't smell very clean.\r I tried PetSmart grooming because of the low price, but I found out the hard way that sometimes you get what you pay for.\r If you want a good quality haircut--don't come here.\r \r These groomers don't know what they're doing.
