They have a nice variety of products but they do not stand behind them. In my experience they will not accept returns for defective products. Staff is rude and prices are at least 15% higer than the Petco in the same mall. more

A Pet Store that Likes Animals 8/15/2005

Pet World is located on Route 9 in Natick near Sherwood Plaza. This pet shop is great because it's not a chain, and some of the proceeds go to abandoned animals. WIthin this pet shop there is a cat shelter called Kitty City where you can adopt a cat. They also sell fish and small animals, and have a large supply of food and pet supplies. more
