Pet Watch Plus

Wow. I'm shocked at the two other reviews (I stumbled upon this page looking for the address to send a check). We've been using Petwatch Plus for 8 years and our animals have always been well cared for, with detailed notes about the visits. I've had some not great experiences in the past with other sitters and could tell that the animals had been given little more than food. With Petwtach, they get love, playtime, food and water - and plants watered if needed, mail brought in, birdfeeders filled, etc. The notes described personalities and behavior that the caregivers wouldn't know about unless they were engaging in a loving way. Not only do we use and trust this service, most of our friends who live in the Woodstock area do, too. We all are not casual about our animals - they are like children - so we take who watches them very seriously. more

I had a terrible experience with this company. While I was away, I quickly logged into my home cam surveillance site. The (hidden) web cam detects motion, and follows people in the room. It caught BOTH of them rummaging through my house, opening dresser drawers, reading my mail and personal files, and generally being very nosey. I still can't find a few items where I had left them.They're lucky I haven't prosecuted...yet. \r They charge a ridiculous amount of money, they never show up on time. My dogs were STARVING when I returned home. On top of all that, they were RUDE, and snotty. BAD attitudes for both women who run the company. Please think again, and don't go through what we did! more

I wouldn't trust them with my keys, let alone my dogs! I would suggest a dog kennel instead of selecting petwatch plus. Cons: rude, snobby, impatient more
