Dog approved 12/3/2020

We have been boarding our 2.5 y/o Great Dane for 2 years. We have used many of their services such as Puppy obedience, Basic obedience, bathing and nail clipping. Clyde gets really excited, the closer we get the louder he whines. Six months ago we picked up Clyde and he had Happy Tail (yes, that's an actual diagnosis). We called to clarify some questions our Vet had and they were truly concerned. We took Clyde back for the first time following his "injury" and they monitored his tail and re-wrapped his tail as needed. We feel very confident when we leave him he will be well taken care of. When he gets home he's exhausted because he plays with his neighbors. A tired dog is a good dog. more

WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE - THEY HAVE AN OUTBREAK OF INFLUENZA/MICROPLASM. The worst part is both dogs came back coughing/hacking and we had no warning from pet village about there condition when we returned nor when we were away on vacation. We also had friends that recently took there dog in for grooming also had the same problem. When we tried to reach the facility it took many, many calls to get a hold of the person in charge. I probably would have let this be, however, the customer service once we told them what was going on has been horrible. We have also reported them to the BBB and the Oregon Department of Health. Again, warning, do not go to this facility right now. more

dog obedience classes 10/6/2005

We used Pet Village's dog obedience class services. The classes were well run, and had knowledgeable instructors. They were kind and helpful and kept the class under good control. Our dog (and us) were very happy with the good classes they provide. We have trained other dogs previously and felt they do a great job in their classes. more
