West coast to East coast 12/5/2011

I live on the East coast, and rescued a dog on the west coast. Had NO idea how to go about the arrangements. I knew no one in California. Someone at the shelter recommended Susan's Pet Taxi. Susan took control, paid EVERYTHING! Made ALL arrangements, and 3 days later I picked up my "PEARL" at the airport. I cannot thank her enough for her prompt actions. She kept in constant touch with me, and did all this over the Thanksgiving Holiday! Thank You, Susan! And Justin, the young man who had custody of my Pearl in between, Thank You. He and I had several phone calls, and he explained everything happening at the time. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They were very caring to my dog and myself........ THANK YOU, more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PET TAXI/ANIMAL TRANSPORTERS 11/30/2011

I NEEDED TO TRANSPORT MY TWO PARROTS (AN AFRICAN GREY AND A COCKATOO) FROM SEATTLE, WASH. TO LAX. WHEN SPEAKING WITH THE OWNER, SUSAN, I WAS ASSURED THAT MY BIRDS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND THEY WOULD HAVE A STRESS FREE FLIGHT. I HAD CALLED SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES AND I WENT WITH SUSAN. I WAS SO PLEASED AS WHEN I PICKED UP THE BIRDS, THEY WERE HAPPY AND LOOKED RESTED. I WILL BE USING ANIMAL TRANSPORTERS FOR ANY FUTURE TRAVEL. SUSAN WAS PROFESSIONAL, WARM AND FRIENDLY AND I FELT COMFORABLE USING HER SERVICES. more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 7/2/2011

Never EVER use this company. Susan is completely rude and unprofessional. I had to pay her to do nothing. DO NOT WASTE your money. If you need to ship your pet- organize the transaction yourself. It's very easy- just call up the airline and book it. I was promised a smooth and easy transaction to ship my cat from California to Washington State and my friend and I had to do everything ourselves. The only thing Susan did was make the call to the airline to book the flight and you can easily do that yourself. So many other issues went wrong! I wasn't even notified that my cat arrived safely to the final destination. Susan also owns Pet Taxi so beware. If you care about your pets-use a different company. more

Caring people 11/8/2010

What a great service! They pick up my dog and take him to the vet. i have a large dog and a small 2 seater car, so to find someone to take her was hard. They were wonderful! more
