It was a good one. The associate assisted me with the purchase of Rat chews. She was very knowledgeable about them - turns out she (Samantha) owned them and knew what to advise. She also said if the rats didn't like the food, I could return it. Now all I have to do is have them try it. Thank you for having a person know so much about a product and being friendly at the same time.
