I was just on the phone few mins ago & that employee is absolutely very rude & hung up on me without me explaining to her that I use the Sorenson Relay operator for deaf user. I had to called again this time it was a different person, I had to ask for manager or someone in the charge, he WAS NOT very helpful, and also he was instructed to answer every to my questions from someone in the background, which an interpreter CAN hear her voice telling him in background. That is not how you should runs your business like that. You just lost a new customer!!
