Pet Palace the

really liked the place (service, accomodations, and staff) the decor and limo a little over the top but cute idea. Definately will use again when headed out of town this summer. Buster liked the in/out option. more

We always took our dogs here until we moved to Florida 4 years ago. Was surprised to see any negative reviews. But since our experiencs in the past were always so gret we figured we at least owed it to ourselves and our dogs to find out if this place really did go down hill. I am so glad that we did go back and didn't listen to those reviews. It is just as wonderful as ever. In fact we recognized several of our favorite staff faces that were here when we lived here before including the owners which we found to be still very hands on with their day to day business.. We just love them and glad to be able to use them again now that we are back in town. I told my new neighbors about them and found out that they already use Pet Palace and would not take their dogs anywhere else.! I don't think it could be any better except if they were open all day on Saturday.... Love this place. more

Staff was very professional. Especially surprised how clean everything was and that it didn't stink like all the other dog kennels I have been to. Definnately will bring my dogs back here. more

We left our two dogs at the pet palace when we had to go out of town. It was kind of last minute and they were wonderful about accommodating us. I was very pleased with the atmosphere and staff. I felt very safe leaving our dogs there and will do it again whenever needed. more

A nice freindly and reliable boarding house for your pet when out of town is Pet Palace. Highly recommended to us by freinds, we initally took our dog to Pet Palace while out of town on Vacation. Our dog was wonderful handled and was in very good condition and happy upon our return. The kennels are very well kept and the handlers are kind and knoweldgeable. The pet food is high recommended brand depending on your dogs need. There is nothing second best here. The prices are very competivie for this service in this area. Worth every penny to know that your loved one is being taken care of! more
