Horrible! If you adopt a pet from a shelter and this place is on the list of vets who will then do the neutering for free.....they suddenly want to run all kinds of tests beforehand and expect you to pay hundreds of bucks. They're so full of it. I've been there three times with three pets and each time has been a complete nightmare. I don't think they've kept vets very long because it seems like in the past year there has been six or seven different ones. Although, the girls at the front desk are extremely sweet. more

I have had it with this business. The office manager lied to me not once but twice about my bill. Also she happens to be the person writing a review about this business. Her name is Ann W. which really speaks volumes about her character. The doctors and staff are the losers here. more

The Best Veterinary Clinic In Town 12/13/2011

I have taken my pets to several vets in the area and by far this one is at the top of my list. The doctors are so caring and take the time to discuss the health of my pets and are not in a hurry to get their clients out of the building. The technicians and staff were so loving when I had to euthenize one of my dogs recently. The cost of caring for my pets is nothing when it comes to great service. Amazing Doctors and Staff 12/12/2011

I have taken my pets (3) dogs and (1) cat to a few different vets in the metroplex and I finally found a winner. The wonderful, caring staff is here for your pets and the doctors, they are the best. Loving you job is one thing but this environment feels more like home. I would recommend this team of skilled doctors, techs and staff to anyone I know and don't know. Pros: null Cons: null more

Pet Medical Center hires incompetent workers. I have had quite a few bad experiences at this establishment which run the gambit from out-right rudeness, losing articles, wrong engravings, to being unable to handle my small dog; plus, they are over priced compared to under pet hosptials.
