worst experince of my life with these folks i left my vet with my dog which they had just put down n in a black bagshe had her collar and name tag on i told the guy at pet haven when i picked her remains up i also wanted her collar and name tag he said no problem when i went to get her remains he stated there was no collar or tag on her now my dog was put down with that on her and my vet has assured me they did not take it off so these people at pet haven did not even look at her to get this off of her now i am missing somthing veryimportant to me the very thng my pet had on her every day NEVER USE PET HAVEN more

very kind people. They were very patient with me while I struggled deciding on the casket I wanted my child hood fury friend ""Lucy"" to be buried in. Also, through all the tears and emotional stress, they made the procedure easier than I imagined. thank you. more
