I love this store. I used to work for Mel and have to say it was my favorite job and I've had a few. She has integrity and believes in what she is doing. The store is kept tidy and the staff is constantly informed about new products and overall pet care. I continue to shop at Pet Elements because I trust their judgment on product lines and healthy alternatives for my dog. They have counseled me on more than one occasion about my animals health, needs, or diet. Give them a shot, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. more

Great locally owned pet store 1/20/2009

We are very loyal customers of Pet Elements. With all of the big corporate competition all over West Seattle, I prefer to spend the same (and often times less!) money here where you get personal service and know that you are supporting a local business owner. It is well organized, clean and very welcoming to your dog. My cat is glad I shop there too! :-)\r more

Favorite Pet Supply Shop in West Seattle...for many reasons! 1/13/2009

You've gotta check out this gem of a shop located at the south end of California Ave. It's warm and inviting. Great selection of natural pet supplies, and the service gets a WOW! If you enjoy a nice greeting and your dog enjoys lots of love and treats, YOU WILL LOVE IT! They even have a great selection of stuff for my one crabby feline. Competitive prices too...beats the big box prices on things I used to buy at the big box. Check it! Pros: Parking, Service, Inviting Cons: Wish they were open later. more
