I was in Pet City one day last May on a Friday when they get their new puppies delivered. The owner who brought in the pets seemed to have no clue what was going on. There was an Australian Shepard that was fresh to the store and they brought him out to put him in a pen and he was terrifed. A friend of mine who was with me was looking for some kind of farm dog at the time so she decided to have a better look at him. Instead of the store workers letting the dogs have a little bit of relaxation from the trip they just threw them in pens where the other puppies of course attack the new ones in a fury of excitement. When my friend picked up this new puppy it turned out that he had fresh stitches on his belly. He was in no condition to be integrated with other puppies. When we asked the owner who was notifying his workers about the new puppies, he had absolutely no idea what the stitches were for and try to play it off like it was no big deal. I don't know what ever happened to that poor dog but I hope he ended up being okay. more

I recently purchased a english buldog from pet city, I spent over 1000$ and when the pup came home he was horribly sick. I took him to the vet and he got treated for kennel cough and he was under weight. I wil never again give my business to pet city, The store smelled like sick dogs, it was flithy. The workers were very rude especially when I had called them about my sick dog. All they wanted to do was quarantine my pup but I felt that was kind of fishy. All pet city cares about is making money , they dont give a damn if the dogs get sick or if they send healthy dogs home with paying customers. Cons: Puppy mill, Sick pups more

I purchased my miniature dachshund at Pet City less than a year ago. Although I love my dachshund dearly, I'm mad at myself that I actually gave money to this place. Not only did my puppy have worms (from Pet City), but most, if not all, of the puppies also had worms. The store had a sickening smell because of the feces; the smell of sick puppies. They had way to many puppies in small cages. It makes me sick just thinking about it. more

never again will i buy a puppy from this place .. they are very rude over priced and then you end up with a sick puppy..hmmm more
