I ordered a litter box from these guys online last week and it took a week to show up, even though I am in Manhattan and they are in Long Island City. Not only did they lose my credit card number, causing me to have to give it over the phone (what is the point of e-commerce?? kinda defeats the purpose...), but after having to wait a week for the item, it showed up busted! The customer service wasn't great and didn't really seem to know anything about the product line. I was told it would take a week to get a replacement, and when I let them know it was kind of an emergency, and I was told just to go get one somewhere else. Apparently they don't care about my business. Never again. So crappy! Pros: None. Cons: Waste of time. , Pricey., Careless. more

At $30 a trip (one way), the true value of the service depends on how far you're going. For some of my 10 block trips (large lab with bad knee), this is steep. HOWEVER, they are extremely reliable. With no adnance notice at all, they arrive within minutes - have never had to wait. Drivers are clearly pet lovers, which makes it more pleasant. Have used them many times and will continue to (unless the equal service becomes available for less). more
