A++++ ALL THE WAY 12/31/2014

I have to say Pet Central has been 100% honest and professional. It was costing me hundreds of dollars going to a local vet in the area to try and cure my dog of an allergy that was food related and the amount of drugs I was pumping into my dog was a waste, the owner or Pet Central saved me lots of money and suffering by pointing me to a positive cure ,changing the food. I will always be in gratitude to the owner and staff of Pet Central. Thank you!!!! for saving my dog. Chris more

Quality 5/20/2013

I own horses and sheep. I purchase feed and at times the local suppliers run out of my preferred brands. I stopped into Pet Central and purchased their brand of sheep feed. When I opened the bag I noticed it was wet and worms. Yes it was returned and I received a refund. Was it done without incident? NO! The owner tried to blame me. This happened last August. Why am I writing this. Well...I retired and have time. My name is Ed and this is the truth!! more

The owner lied about owning a horse and upsold my Mom for a solid year. He even went so far to sell her A supplement, "Which all of my customers use"...for $130. She bought 60 bags in the past year!! more

Great Business 11/23/2010

Good: Service is always wonderful. Willing to quickly order products I needed which they did not have. Always willing to help with a problem.. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: Keep moving ahead as they are.. Other: Six P.M. Closing time is very helpful to those of us who work and need to stop for pet food after work.. more

Excellent pet store 8/10/2005

The staff go out of their way to help you. One guy took the time to go over all the differences of dog beds with me so I could find the perfect one for my dog. They let you bring anything back, help you out with your packages, and go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. They also promote the local shelters & rescue groups in the area. Their prices prices are very reasonable. They have a multitude of items for all pets available. more
