i got a cockatiel from them they told it was a male come to find out it was a female i paid 80 dollars for the bird and i took it back to them for a refund and they told me they could not take the bird back. i could not hold the bird because it would bite you and bring the blood i had to get rid of her i found a women in springcity that would take her has a trade i will never buy anything from them she had already layed 3 eggs. i have not been there sence this happened more

You need to get more chinchillas. Female and Male, none spayed or neutered or whatever. I have purchased 2 female chinchillas in all. An albino and a grey. When I called to ask if you had any male chinchillas, you said no and that you had no idea when you'd be getting them, also you said you knew of no store that was selling any. I've been asking about male chinchillas for over 8 months and still none. more

I purchased a used fish tank and didn't know didley on what was right or wrong in setting it up. The sales person was quite knowledgable and extremely helpful. She advised me on what I needed and didn't try to sell me more than was necessary. I find that very important to me as well as not to being pushy. I will be back! Thanks. more

Stupid employees and terrible lying management BEWARE 6/11/2011

I bought a new fish to go in my expensive reef tank. The idiot of a salesman sold me a fish that was completely incompatible with everything in my tank. I tried to take it back and the manager refused saying that all sales were final. The fish caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage and was a complete disaster. Maybe hamsters are fine to get there, but if you have any questions about aquaria dont trust the high schoolers they have as employees. They will tell you anything to sell you something. The least they could have done was take back the fish and apoligize. Neither happened or was offered. I was screwed royally. I will never go back more

Awesome Shopping Experience 5/5/2008

We recently purchased a hamster for my 3 year old daughter at Pet Care Warehouse. It was an awesome shopping experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very kind to my little girl. They answered all of our questions and were extremely patient with my daughter. They sold us only what we needed, not what they wanted us to have. So much better than the big superstore experiences. We will be shopping at Pet Care Warehouse from now on! Thank you Pet Care Warehouse! more
