I took my dog to the Pet Care Clinic for an apparent eye infection. The assistant who first saw my dog did nothing but try to sell me some expensive heart worm prevention medicine, and never even looked at my dog's eye.
When the vet came in, she popped the dog's glands right away, without asking, which sprayed all over the floor. Then she squirted some eye antibiotics right onto the floor in the same place, dipped a q-tip in it, and then rubbed it in both of my dog's eyes! I was so shocked I couldn't move or say anything.
This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a veterinarian.
