I am writing this review to let everyone know how great and wonderful Elliott Tire and Service was in a time of crisis. I am from Bellevue and have a trusted mechanic but on this day I was at their mercy. Mercy is what they showed me. My car started acting weird as I was coming off the freeway and they were the first shop I could pull into. I was frustrated and a bit concerned as I had appointments all day and couldn't be without my car. As I walked in I was greeted by two nice gentlemen who were both smiling and warm. I explained to them as best I could what the car was doing. They said that it would cost $89.00 for a diagnostic and they would get it in right away. I only sat for about 15-20 minutes when the service manager came up to me and let me know that it was a loose ignition wire and that it was fixed at ""NO CHARGE"". I consulted with my regular mechanic who told me they could have charged me so much more. I am so grateful for their courtesy and honesty. I would highly recommend Elliott Tire and Service to anyone living in or around Woodinville. more

Thorough diagnosis 10/29/2013

I'm a frugal DIY mechanic, but my '89 GMC Safari Van with '94 Chev truck 350 would not pass emissions test. Joey hooked my up with quick, honest, and thorough diagnosis ad 8 new spark plugs. I am pleased and I did not expect this. Working around this V8 in this mini van is punishing. Thanks Joey and Joe. more

Chimanda was excellent 10/17/2013

"Front Desk" guy named Chimanda was very knowledgeable and really tried to get us the best price he could. We came in for an alignment , but the techs found an almost broken serpentine belt and also found that two of our tires were the wrong size! We really appreciate them finding these two issues, especially the tire sizes, because that's a safety issue potentially. Chimanda was excellent at getting us the best price and his times quoted for fixing were great. We will be bringing our Jeep in next for tires. Thanks to the team! more

My go-to auto shop 10/4/2013

Excellent experience here. Had to bring two cars in in the space of a week for similar (moderately expensive) problems. Interacting with the staff made a frustrating situation bearable. \r \r They got me checked in and to work in a loaner in under an hour both times. They diagnosed the problem quickly and called me with explanations of what was wrong within an hour or two, and asked before going ahead with repairs. They were not condescending in their explanations, and followed up to check on how the car was running after I left. \r \r These guys will be my go-to business for car trouble while I'm in Seattle. more

I was here once before for new tires and the service was 5 stars! The people are nice and are very attentive to detail. I didn't know the DOC vehicle needed 4 new tires until the mechanic explained why. For today, thank you for fitting in the DOC vehicle in for an emergency oil change and discovering other potential issues. more
