I bought a savana monitor, no info was given to me on the temperment of the animal, it was extremely agrressive, and bit me. It was a baby, and i had to get stitches, tentis shot and antibiotic. the manager would not allow me to exchange for a less aggressive lizard, for a first time owner, and only took the lizard back to adopt out to someone else. My 15 yr old son was very upset as this was his xmas present, all we wanted was an even exchange for another lizard. we spent 300.00 on the animal and spoke to other pet stores such as petco and petsmart who advised this was poor customer service. Be careful, the staff is not informed on giving info on lizards
