My experience with Pestana's Auto Center has been one of total satisfaction and complete care. The work done on my BMW was professional, expeditious and meticulously done. I have gone to the dealership for years, but after the personalized, specialized service I received at Pestana's, I will only go there from now on if at all possible. Mr. Pestana treated me like I was someone very important and made me feel like I was his top priority. I don't know he does this with each and every customer (but I know he does) and still has time to go home and take care of his family including his beautiful kindhearted wife who has more than once offered me a ride when my car was in the shop. This may sound a bit mushy, but they really made me feel like I was family and I love them like they were my own. You don't get this from ordinary businesses, only the special ones like Pestana's. more
