Rats problem finally gone! 12/26/2011

I inspected my rental house after renters relocated, I was upset that they left food in the house and I saw some rats running around the kitchen when I entered. I called a friend and ask for his advice and gave me Pest Pro's phone number. The staff scheduled an inspectation within the day, technician arrived on time, came back the next day to put some baits and traps, he visits everyday to make sure that he gets all trapped rats. Afer 7 visits,rats are gone. I am extremely pleased with the service,no wonder Pest Pro was my friend's first choice. I will definitely recommend this guy and the company to all people I know. more

Quick service 12/19/2011

I noticed some rats in our garage so I called Pest Pro based from recommendation from a friend. I spoke with their customer service staff and made an appointment the same day. The technician is nice and knowledgeable; he inspected our garage and the whole backyard. He put baits and put traps in our backyard. He came the next day to get trapped rats and closed all possible entry points and our rats problems are gone in just 1 week. Great service! more

Had a great experience with Pest Pro 12/11/2011

I had a great experience with Pest Pro and their employees. He was so knowledgeable with his stuff and went far above to get rid of the annoying rats in our house. The extermination service price is just right, he was so kind and even made a follow up to make sure that rats are completely gone. So far, the rats are no more rats in our kitchen. more

Pest Pro finally ended our problem 12/5/2011

We had rats problem in our house and it was fixed in just two visits. At first they closed all the openings in the kitchen, cabinets and ceilings, and put bait then they went back after 4 days to get the trapped rodents . So far I haven't heard any scratchings and tiny noises in the ceiling and kitchen. Pest Pro finally ended our problem with rats. Pest Pro is highly recommended. more

had trouble with the schedule 11/23/2011

Getting you in an appointment takes time. I got a scheduled appointment once however they canceled it and afterwards didn't remember to follow-up on me and lost my contact details. They scheduled again for another week but I didn't accept their offer anymore. more

Great Service! 11/14/2011

We called Pest Pro because of some insect bites we don't know where it came from. The technician inspected every part of our home and furniture, but could not find any kind of pest. It absolutely was an awesome relief and he did not demand us anything at all. We do not have any more bites, so evidently, whatsoever it was, has vanished. We truly appreciate not being rushed into getting extermination services. Thank you Pest Pro! more
