DO NOT USE PEST BE GONE 9/28/2011

I read reviews on another site which were favorable so I decided to call John. He called me promptly the first time, but after he was paid and the problem persisted, I had great difficulty getting in touch. After numerous phone calls and rudeness on his behalf, he did not even bother to call back the last time (even though he said he would get back in a few minutes). I still have the problem (which he misdiagnosed, by the way) and have called another service. Pest Be Gone is a waste of time and money. HE DESERVES MINUS IN THE STAR RATING more

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STAR RATING UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! OUR PEST PROBLEM GOT WORSE IN THE SHORT TIME THEY WERE HIRED. DONT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL. ALL A SCAM. BETTER OFF BUYING YOUR OWN PEST CONTROL METHODS. BELIEVE ME ITS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. more

more roaches than ever 10/2/2010

We called for the extermination of roaches (which wasn't too bad to begin with), but the strange thing was, I noticed a new species of roaches start to appear weeks after the first treatment. And now they're multiplying more than ever. It's bad when exterminators just don't do the job right, but it's a nightmare when you have a nagging feeling that you've been scammed. more
