I'm very pleased with the service I got from Personal Touch House Cleaning. They were very professional and detail-oriented to a refreshing extent that I had never experienced with a cleaning service before. They surprised me by doing little things I didn't ask them to, like keeping my dishes neat and tidy. They were also on time and finished the job on time. Overall, they did an excellent job and the price was beyond reasonable. I can't recommend them enough. more

I have been working with Personal Touch House Cleaning for about ten years now. My experience with them has been good. I really feel like I am getting a good value for their service because the price is reasonable, and the staff is trustworthy. They really work with me and are very flexible when it comes to rescheduling appointments. Over the years, it's often been a different group of cleaners come and go. This year, I've had 2-3 different groups. They are fairly prompt. If they are running late, they always touch base with me to let me know if they are stuck in traffic or being held up somehow, so they're good about communicating with me. Their promptness may not be perfect, but at least they are responsive. Overall, they're great people to work with. more

I had used Dorena in the past, but it was the first time we used them in a while. They had a group of 3 people come out, they did a pretty good job. They did kind of rush out though, they might have left a few little loose ends but it was not enough for me to get upset by and not enough for me to bother Dorena about. Overall I was satisfied. more

I have been a residential and commercial customer for several years now. The owner, Dorena, is a "hands on" manager. Whenever I have had concerns she has been on top of it. She listens and then acts and is not satisfied until you are. Overall, it is a well-run company and I would recommend them. more

I've used Personal Touch for several years, they were recommended to me by a friend years ago. During many different moves she's been very helpful with the transitions. The service is not something I can afford on a regular basis, but when I do call them I'm always satisfied with the service. more
