Excellent service that I highly recommend? 2/15/2016

I have used Personal Touch for the past 3 years. What can I say other than excellent work. During the holidays when family was other and the house needed a little extra cleaning than normal, Personal Touch stepped in without hesitation. Thanks for the continued great, professional service that has been provided over the years. more

Personal Touch Aims to Please! 1/4/2016

I have known Dorena for over 30 years. She is a good friend and runs a very tight ship at Personal Touch. She is very detail oriented and extremely concerned with customer satisfaction. Her employees always do a great job. If I ever have a question or concern she takes care of it immediately. Corey in her office, accommodates requested changes in scheduling due to my having parties and meetings at my house. I love coming home to find my floors and sinks shining. I have been with PTH for a long time and have been very pleased with their service. When I travel they are very flexible in their re- scheduling the cleaning of my house. If I ever have a problem, it is immediately taken care of and there have not been many at all. In fact I do not remember the last one. When I need extra services, they are very helpful and they know the right professionals to do the job if they do not have that service. I high recommend this company. Rick T. more

It's the word "personal" that defines Personal Touch House Cleaning. After two years with them, I am glad I found them! I love that I have the same gal, Clara, who does a great job and personalizes my cleaning based on what we're needing to get done. I have used Personal Touch House Cleaning several times. The young lady was professional. They have a complete understanding of what they're doing. They're trustworthy and thorough in doing their job. I have zero complaints. They came by when I had my first child, and she did it again when we started using them again. They are just easy to lean towards. I highly recommend them. more

Not highly recommended 7/28/2014

I have used Personal Touch twice at this point and I'm not pleased with their service. The cleaners that come don't put anything back where they found it after they finish cleaning. The pictures are facing the wrong way and my vases usually end up in the wrong spots. Also, they haven't been great about cleaning my toilets that thoroughly. Not highly recommended. more

Awesome!!!! 5/4/2014

I love coming home to a clean house. Personal Touch comes in does what I need and I do not even need to be there. I trust them 100% in my home alone. Dorena the owner is such a wonderful woman that also personally cleaned my home during my chemotherapy treatments. If that is not a Personal Touch service, I do not know what is. Thank you for always a job well done!!! more

Highly recommend! 4/22/2014

I used Personal Touch House Cleaning recently to do a deep cleaning on a home that had not been cleaned in a while. Dorena came out to give me an estimate. She was thorough and professional. They got the job done quickly and stuck to the estimate. Everything looked beautiful. I would definately use them again and recommend them. more
