Very knowledgable , friendly staff helpful to both beginning and experienced shooters. Large inventory of guns and ammo to select from at fair pricing. Clean , safe well lit temperature controlled range. All in all a great place to shoot ! more

Absolutely Pathetic! 5/3/2010

I am female and went there to purchase a specific handgun they had in stock. I knew customer service stunk when I went there but it was on my way home and thought I'd check it out. \r I was appauled when one man asked if he could help me and the other said ""she doesn't know what she wants"". I bet I knew more then they did. Pathetic idiots! \r If there was a ""0"" star option, I would take it. \r Pros: nothing Cons: customer service more

Best local store 5/13/2007

The store, while somewhat small, offers a reasonable selection, and the best retail prices to be found locally. Staff has never been anything but helpful.\r \r Only downside is that the range is pistol and rimfire only. more

try Young Guns instead 6/27/2006

I bought two guns from PDHSC and had a couple of gripes which I listed in a letter I wrote to the owner. No one contacted me, so I got the feeling that they didn't care since they already had my money. Most of the people working there are courteous and helpful but next time I buy I will try somewhere else. Pros: most of staff is friendly, relaxed atmosphere, no high-pressure sales Cons: inconsistent service, not very professional when it comes to selling new guns more
