They always manage to fit us in if it is a true emergency. And they do know what is going on with the children. The Doctor diagnosed something that had been overlooked in one of my foster children. Very helpful. But don't call at the last minute for a camp physical, you won't get seen. My foster daughter didn't go to Girl Scout camp last summer, I left the physical too long. Since it wasn't an emergency, they couldn't fit her in. I wasn't too happy about that. Easy parking, bright primary colors for the kids. Even a free arcade game in the corner, for the kids to play.
PROS: Helpful and will fit you in if it is an emergency.
CONS: Don't call at the last minute for a camp physical
