Persian Grill is Awesome! 10/18/2009

We have been going to the Persian Grill for at least a dozen years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. Having tried almost everything on the menu (and we like it all!) , my wife, kids and I alll love the Kebab Koubideh and Kebab Soltani dishs. You can't miss here! Pros: Great Kebab dishes more

Terrible Food 7/15/2009

It all started out with the pita provided before dinner which was stale and had absolutely no taste. The lamb shank entree contained 4 pieces which were all fatty. The chicken and lamb kebob entree was overcooked, dry, and had no taste. It couldn't be chewed or cut with a knife. I've had better meals in the KOP mall food court than what was served here. Not to mention the meals were overpriced. One entree was $20 and the other $22. You won't find me back at this place. Too bad.... Pros: Not really anything except the people were nice. Cons: Quality of Dinners more

Not Worth It 3/31/2009

Had dinner there last night; service was great. Appetizers were wonderful......pita was warm and soft; hummus as delicious as ever. However, I was shocked that I paid $20 for a dish filled with basmati rice and 3 lonely chunks of lamb. For $20 I could cook 2lbs of lamb @ home and a sack of basmati rice. I know times are tough now w/ the recession, but people deserve what they are paying for and it's a rip off to pay $20 for 3 small chunks of lamb and a big portion of basmati rice. My money is precious to me too....got to please the customer...that's what it's all about. Get real!!!! Will go back, but will never order that entree again. Very disappointed. Pros: Friendly service, great hummus, Cons: Shocked @ entree more

Please come back Mr. and Mrs. Raouf 5/31/2008

Food is good. Prices are outrageous. I have been going to the Persian Grill since 1992, and unfortunately I must say that I will not be returning as often. I paid $57 for a take out order. You have got to be kidding me. Never have I paid that much there. Just two months ago I paid $47 for my takeout order. Get a reality check. You are not the Four Seasons. Pros: Good food, not worth extravagent prices Cons: Prices just have gotten ridiculous. more

Authentic Persian Food! 5/25/2004

FOOD This restaurant makes food like they do in Iran. The kabobs are excellent, the rice is made right with just a little saffron (although sometimes a little too salty) and the yogurt is on the tangy side....as it should be. If you are allergic to saffron, make sure to ask them the ingredients of EVERYTHING you order. Occasionally they will have fessonjoon (a ground walnut, pomegranate and meat stew). This always runs out, so dont fuss with the menu if they have it! The gormeh sabzi (leafy vegetable and meat stew) is fresh tasting and made with real Persian lemon. ATMOSPHERE You go there for the food. PRICES Entrees $11-$19 Appetizers are $2- $7. SERVICE Most of the servers are Persian and are always happy to help you with the menu. Your water glass wont sit empty long. Anticipate a short wait on weekends. Pros: Authentic Food, Easy Parking, Great Staff Cons: , Can Be Cold Inside more
