I had an appointment at 5pm and waited until 6:47 to ask yhe receptionist about it. A lady after me told the receptionist thatshe saw people who came after her go in. They rereceptionist was rude and disrespectful. She said that you can reschedule ifb you have an a problem waiting. .I could not believe that she treated a patient like that!!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE!!! Ps an hour before another patient and the rereceptionist had an argument more

Exceptional Doctor! 1/24/2012

I can't say enough about Dr. Herson. One of the best doctors I've ever seen. He is smart, professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and a genuinely nice person. He has a wonderful bedside manner and takes time to answer any and all questions, gives a thorough exam and a metabolic assessment. The assessment is quick, easy and provides extremely helpful information. The office staff is friendly and highly efficient. Dr. Herson is a compassionate doctor who truly cares about his patients. more

Highly Recommended Endocrinologist in Long Island 7/12/2010

I normally don't write reviews, but this doctor was incredible. I feel like it is hard to find a great doctor these days who truly cares, listens and encourages. I have hashimoto's and also had to have a thyroid biopsy and Dr. Herson made everything so much easier..he knew I was stressed out and worried..and he did everything to listen and make me feel more at ease. He is also very knowledgeable about everything thyroid and he had other diabetic patients in the waiting room that love him too. The staff was wonderful as well. Absolutely perfect experience with this practice! Pros: Great staff and professional intelligent doc! more
