I will never go back there again!!! My car broke down Wednesday of last week (today's Tuesday) so I had AAA tow my car to Perris Wheels & Tires. I dropped it off, was written up and then told by Damien that they would check it out and let me know what the issue was and then move forward from there, standard procedure. Well, Thursday comes, no word from them. I call that late afternoon and I get my first ""call back in 20 minutes"" of what would later become a trending statement from them. I call back, am then told to try calling again later. I do, and I'm then told I will be called back. I wait the rest of the day for them to call me back with an answer and I get nothing. The next day, Friday, I call early again, more or less the same response: ""Damien is on the other line, try calling back in 20 minutes."" So again, I call back, only to be told ""Damien will call you back before 7pm."" The store closes at 6pm, so at 6:55pm I figured I didn't want to wait anymore so I'd call back. A young lady then answers the phone and tells me that they won't know anything about my car until the next day (Saturday) and if I needed the car that night, I could go pick it up. I told her, ""I can't pick it up, it doesn't run..."" She then replies, ""Oh... Ok well we'll call you back tomorrow."" Saturday comes, I'm in Disneyland with my girlfriend so I don't even bother reaching out to them, and of course, they never get a hold of me... huge surprise. Sunday and Monday they're closed due to Labor Day. So that brings us to today, Tuesday. At this point I'm pretty upset that so much time has gone by and STILL no results, no call-backs, nothing! I call first thing this morning and once I finally reach someone, I'm told ""Damien knows what's going on with your car, he'll be in at 10."" I tell the employee I'm speaking with that I've been told the same story since Wednesday and no one has ever called me back. He says ""give me your number, I'll make sure he calls first thing when I see him."" I give my number, but this time I drive there to get answers in person. I get there at 10:30, no Damien. I speak to the man from the call and tell him I feel like I'm getting the run around and I want to move my car. He says he hasn't seen Damien in a few days and asks for me to keep it there another couple days, it
