I feel beautiful now thanks to Nancy! 1/9/2010

I was simply amazed at my reflection in the mirror after I had a procedure for permanent eyebrows at Permanent Cosmetics by Nancy! It was affordable, didn't cause me any pain or discomfort, and it's a completely natural and safe procedure that makes me feel beautiful every day! Professional & quality 7/20/2009

I got the eyeliner enhancement which is more subtle than the eyeliner. I feel more put together with less effort. As I got older I felt like my eyes were becoming less defined as my lids became heavier. I got lucky with my google search and found Lauren. She's a professional and she cares. Wish I'd known about this when younger - I'd have had bright eyes for swimming and work outs, no make-up required. Pros: makes life easier Cons: It's a little uncomfortable - no pain; no gain more

Made my life easy! 7/18/2009

Having enhancement, which is more subtle than the eyeliner, allows my eyes to be more important. I feel more put together with less effort. Her professionalism and care about the quality of her talents give me the results I desire. I save time as well. SHE'S AMAZING! LOOK NO FURTHER! 7/16/2009

She's the best there is around Austin. I've shopped around and seen other technicians portfolios and her work blew me away. As someone with alopecia (no eyebrow hair at all), I've always admired women with beautiful eyebrows but couldn't for the life of me draw them on in a way that didn't look "drawn on". So when I saw her "hair simulation" brow technique, I was running, not walking to her office. We picked out 3 colors that complimented my features and they came out perfect. I've had total strangers compliment me now on my eyebrows. I wish I'd found her years ago. When I wake up in the morning I feel good about myself and don't have to waste a moment of my time penciling on my brows anymore. more

BEWARE 5/31/2009

Ladies save your money, I paid for my permanent eyeliner by Lauren with one week it all came off. She show you before and after pictures but all the after pictures are of your eyes that she just finished and of course they are going to have dark definition line but in one week it will all fall off and then she tells you its a process. Ladies I have my eyes done by a professional on Bee Caves and it only took one time and there was no pain. My god the difference was unbelievable. more

Stay Away - for permanent makeup 4/15/2009

Permanent makeup services -did not stay at all. Consulted with other permanent make up people all said i should be able to see results from the 1st session and a 2nd session is only needed IF touch ups are needed not to re-do work at has already been done. Advertisment states application of the pigment and 1-2 touch up appointments to ADJUST shape and color. I had no pigment, no results to adjust it needed to be re-done. I LOST ALL MY MONEY AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT, IF YOU LIKE TO LOST MONEY THEN GO THERE. Cons: makeup did not stay after application more

Completely Satisfied and then some! 9/27/2008

I had gotten to the point in life where putting on eyeliner was more of a hassle than it was worth. As a massage therapist, I tend to close my eyes during sessions, causing me to look more like a professional football player than a professional RMT by the time I finish one appointment. A True Professional 8/20/2008

I had my eyebrows and eyelids done about 5 yrs ago. It was time to have them re-done. I felt I was quite a challenge in that my eyebrows were now blue and the shape was poor. I took a long time trying to decided where I would have my permanent makeup done. Once I saw Lauren's portfolio and extensive background, there was no question she was the one to see. She took alot of care and time during my consultation to assure we agreed and matched up the color properly. That meant a great deal to me. Her work was stunning and quite amazing. If you are looking to have this done I recommend a true professional such as Lauren. I would not go anywhere else. I can promise that you will get the results you want under her supervision. more

Don't go to ANYONE else!!! 5/7/2008

Lauren applied permanent eyebrows to replace my sparse, overplucked ones. I was worried about my eyebrows winding up looking like black stencils, but my fears were quickly dashed. I had absolutely no hair on the outer halves of both eyebrows, and she used two colors (that perfectly complemented my haircolor and complexion) to create realistic looking ""hairstrokes"". Great results by Lauren! 4/28/2008

Lauren did my eyeliner a few years ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Without eyeliner my eyes always looked tired--even if I wasn't. Now I look refreshed and ready to go. As a skincare professional myself I understand the importance of looking your best. Also, I no longer have to worry about my eyeliner melting in the hot Texas weather and it saves time in the morning. What a treat! And Lauren couldn't be nicer. Beautiful Job!! 4/28/2008

I've been having Lauren do my eyeliner and brows for a few years now. I was a little nervous at first, but through the process, realized she knows exactly what she is doing. What I like most about her work is her thoroughness and the fact that is doesn't look like my brows are ""painted on"". They look very natural. She has alot of before and after pictures to look at and really took the time to speak w/me about options that are most beneficial for me. I will continue going to her for touch ups for years to come. more
