I had PermaSeal complete my basement waterproofing a few months ago. They installed a drainage system and a sump pump and I haven't had any water in my basement since then - even with all of the heavy storms between the springtime and now. I'm impressed. more

Would do business again 2/23/2011

I finally called Perma-Seal when they had their anniversary sale last month. I saved several hundred dollars but I would do business with them again even if I had to pay full price. Their crew was very courteous and did a great job of waterproofing my basement. more

Permaseal ripoff 1/1/2011

They lied to me many times. It was a big mistake to use Permaseal - they fooled me and I got burned in the end. They wouldn't complete the work and they didn't care. I trusted the wrong company and now I have to pay for it in extra charges and many hassles. Read the other reviews, not the BS ones that Permaseal posts to hide the truth. And when you complain to the BBB , they bury the complaint because the owner of Permaseal is head of the local BBB. Let’s hope complaints to the Illinois Attorney General will slow down these cheats. more

Worked for me! 10/1/2010

This was the first time that I ever needed a basement waterproofer, so I don't know what to expect other than to have a leak-free basement in the end. That's what I got. Leak-free, dry, perfect. more
