Without a doubt, very nice furniture. But comparatively more expensive than other places. Was not thrilled with the customer service, you'd think for spending some thousands of dollars you would get free leather conditioner an/or free shipping. Girl told us she would call back to give us some names of places for free donation/removal, she didn't of course. The owner of Perlora ought to take some MBA basics of Sales Management to instruct his employees on the limits of authority they have (if he gives any) so they can speak intelligently of what they can do to make a sale, as well as teaching some plain and simple customer intimacy virtues. more

Agree with other reviewer, IF you want to brag about the name of where you acquired a piece, well then this is the place, but be careful you aren?t left feeling the fool for having foolishly overpaid. The sales are a joke, mark it up 10x?s to mark it down 70% >? more

Very cool store, Great Experience! 12/16/2008

My husband and I have been all over Pittsburgh looking for quality furniture at affordable pricing. When we arrived at Perlora Leather we immediately fell in love with many things but we were overwhelmed with decisions. Within a few minutes of arriving we met a talented interior designer who helped us space plan our room, choose paint colors, and pick our furniture. Everything arrived the other day, Perry called us personally to set up delivery and I am nothing short of ecstatic. Thank you Perlora Leather for making my house a home. BEATUTIFUL! Pros: Cool building, lots of choices, great accessories. more

Overpriced and poor customer service 4/16/2008

Unless you are hoping to impress simply by a ""high-end"" name..and not necessarily by quality or service, you'd do best to look elsewhere. Overpriced and overrated. more
