Perley Burrill Gas Sta

I have always been a supporter of local businesses and have been a patron of Perley Burrill for years. NOT ANYMORE. I called for oil around noonish on a Wednesday and was told they would be able to deliver first thing in the morning, as we were going to be out of oil. Called at noon on Thursday, they still hadn't delivered, Called at 5pm, they still hadn't delivered and said they would be there shortly. 7pm - no delivery and no answer at the office or the emergency line. Took a trip to the office and a man was in, apparently just not answering. He was an incredibly ignorant, pompous jerk who claimed he was not the owner and could not take any responsibility for the false promises I was given. He did make a call to a driver, acting like a hero for getting the job done that was promised 12 hours earlier. Come to find out the man we spoke to in the office was in fact the owner, just too much of a coward to take responsibility for his employees. I would strongly advise customers to avoid this business. more

If you want to take a trip back in time visit Perley Burrill. Of course, the gas prices won't take you back in time.......sorry about that! But, they do have old fashioned neon lights, original old building and signs. For a fun look, visit them when it gets dark and they have all the neon lights on........the street lights up like a Christmas tree! They pump for you too! more
