I enjoy the sense of being recognized as a component of my car being taken care of properly. I enjoy not being pressured. I enjoy the fact they make room for me in the schedule should I need it more

Quality work every time 7/30/2016

I usually go here for my oil changes but last time I had forgotten to schedule ahead of time and was headed out for a long trip on a Friday and they were all booked so I went elsewhere. Bad idea, cost me QUITE A BIT MORE and the service was not as good. Glad I came back this time. Great value every time. Friendly too. more

The mechanics seem very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciate the time they take to explain the service being done, or the problems they find, and I never feel as if I am being taken advantage of. The always upbeat, friendly staff is a bonus! more

The reason I keep coming back to Performance is the quality work and friendly customer service. Even when I come in for a free tire rotation I'm always treated with courtesy and never feel like I'm being "upsold". That keeps me coming back. more

I won't go anywhere else! 3/8/2012

I completely trust this place. I had what I thought was going to be a bad experience a couple of months ago. I had an expensive repair done, it became clear the days following the repair that the original problem wasn't fixed, actually it was worse. I called them, they had me come back, they looked at it, we make an appointment for them to keep my car for a day so they could get a closer look. The next day I received a call from them telling me that it was fixed and at no charge. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me, in my life!! They took responsibilty for the repair and fixed it. I've been a long time customer, since 1998, I'm so happy that I found this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless they recommended it. Thank you to Dave, Scott, Kris, Josh, Cameron. I recommend this place to everyone. more

GREAT PLACE FOR HELP 10/21/2007

My family has used Performance Tire and Auto for a variety of problems over the years. Presently we are having tires put on. They have always been responsive to and request and quick to suggest alternatives for the problems diagnosed. They are extremely trust worthy and we don't feel that they are expensive for what we get. It is comforting to have a place I can call any time there is a problem and know that I will get a quick and straight response. more

friendly, fair, and efficient 10/5/2007

We have had everything from oil changes to major repair work done by Performance. They have always been very helpful and friendly, their prices are reasonable, and the repairs or other car work has been done quickly and efficiently. I have never felt like I got "taken". Highly recommend! more
