In early Dec 2013 I met with Mr. Cooper about switching my insurance coverage and found a place and staff which was always professional but not "stuffy" He sat down and explained the options and coverage for Auto and Home - I do not need life insurance. I thought I would get a big sales pitch pushing me to include life but he listened and understood that I was covered through work and moved onto the next coverage. I really feel that I was heard and that they explained the coverage, payments and what I could expect in service. The office was comfortable, I still remember the fancy paint dabbed wall in the front office. I have never recommended an insurance office before but this one is worth taking the time type a few words. I recommend performance. Thanks to them for being the kind of place that makes me feel I am important and I understand what I was getting.
